Am I Depressed? Should i see a Doctor?

This sounds more like self imposed pressure and not clinical depression. You didn't mention any hobbies so I will just stress the importance of the need for outlets. You need to have things you can do that will take your mind away from the pressures of daily life. Exercise would carry a double benefit for you. Increased health and endorphins that will help focus your mind and feel better. Just remember that this race is only with yourself in the end, pace yourself and take care of the things you need to do with a mind focused on chipping away at the mountains you face with a smile. Hang in there and pick your chin up, when it's time you will respond to any challenge.
