Ultrasound tech???cardiac, obstetrics, vascular and general sonographers?? a little help please!!!!!?

I am in a vascular program currently and graduate in January. If you want to work OB then if I were you I would go with a general US program. They are trained in all aspects of US then after you finish you can choose what you do. If you work in a hospital more than likely you will do all the scans but if you work in a office then you can do OB . To do general US you need to take your pre req's from a college and then apply to the US program. Or if you decide to do echo or vascular there are allied health programs that sometimes require no pre req's.. In the state I live in you can make onward of 25-30 an hour if you work at the right place and know what you are doing and get registered.. Good luck!!
