He can switch testicles, what problem may that bring?

my husband can switch his testicles again and again, without pain, like playing with them... i just read in the internet about that (that you have left and right testicle and it has its importance!) and i know it is not normal... what about spermatic cords? can he be infertile? or it means... he had a vasectomy...?
