How can we leave it up to the youngsters of today to rule the world?

My 16 year old adoped step daughter lives with her mom and has already had a kid and is pregnant with another. She's with this low life prick with no job and doesn't do ****. She's ot planning on going back to highschool or on getting a ged NOTHING! Most teenagers are like this and expect to be treated as adults
