To help, I am physically active almost every day. Mondays i weight-lift and then go to basketball practice. Tuesdays I go to bball practice, weight lift, and then go to volleyball practice. Wednesdays and Fridays I have basketball (once a week so either on wednes and fri) The other day i have "off" thursdays are the same as tuesdays and saturdays i have a basketball game and sundays i have vball practice. When should i do jumpsoles?
