How do you sell a car with a accident history?

I got a 2000 EX-V6 Honda Accord (Sedan) last year. The previous owner had a couple of accidents with no frame damage per the Carfax report. It runs great and doesn't show any signs of what's happened earlier. It has 97K miles on it and is in excellent condition (moonroof, 12 CD changer, FR-side airbags, the works). I am asking $8195. Is that too much? Thanks!
