Does total reality = physical reality + all of the discrete consciousnesses that exist?

simply put, there is no such thing as total reality. We could all be tiny parts that occupy the space in a cell's nucleus. We have no clue what is going on outside of our solar system. Anyway, I probably didnt answer your question 100% but idk, just my opinion.
