4 month old does not make eye contact when held in arms or lap...is this autism?

im no specialist by any means, but my understanding of early signs of autism is that the baby NEVER looks you in the eyes. lying down or being held. so i wouldn't worry. bring it up at the next doctors appointment. i started to notice at about 5 months was when my daughter really started to make good eye contact so give it some time.
